Just available in Chinese... I choose this bank as you were supposed to be able to access your accounts online (which worked in the past) but here again things are very complicated when you do not read mandarin

This is a bank app. It should just push account changes but it has been pushing advertisements very frequently! Apple please stop this app from pushing ads!
Used to check my bank balances/transactions and it works well for that. I havent used the other functions as I dont read Chinese characters that well. If it had an English language switch, I would probably use the other functions more often.
